So the president signed a treaty with the Russian President today, and hopes to add the Chinese President later next week when he is in D.C. So now we have to reduce our nuclear arsenal by a third over the next 7 years, now that doesn't sound like alot, but do you think the Russians and the Chinese will actually go through with it? will this ultimately lead to dismantling our complete nuclear arsenal, and will this make us more vulnerable to terrorists or countries that have been kept at bay because we had the abilityy to level their entire country? Or just perhaps this is the first step to true world peace! I don't know for sure, but would love to hear from you!
